What Is It?

The Amacx Drink Gel Citrus 60ml is a ready-to-use liquid energy gel designed to provide convenient carbohydrate and sodium intake during cycling, running, and other endurance activities.

Unlike thicker traditional gels, water is already included, giving it a smooth, drinkable consistency that can be consumed without additional water. Each 60 ml serving provides 30 g of carbohydrates and 200 mg of sodium.

Key Benefits

  • 30 g carbohydrates per 60 ml gel for convenient endurance fuelling.
  • 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio for efficient carbohydrate delivery.
  • 200 mg sodium per serving to contribute to electrolyte intake.
  • Ready-to-drink format — no water is required to consume the gel.
  • Citrus flavour provides a light, refreshing option during exercise.
  • Soft liquid texture makes it easy to consume during hard efforts.

How To Use

Amacx recommends 1–3 Drink Gels per hour during exercise, depending on individual carbohydrate requirements. They can be taken just before or during an intense training session or race.

At 30 g of carbohydrate per gel, the Citrus Drink Gel can be combined with energy drinks, chews, bars or additional gels to build a higher-carbohydrate fuelling strategy for longer rides.

  • Marathon racers
  • Triathletes
