Flr Knit Shoe Road F-3

FLR F-3 Road Cycling Shoes – Road / SPD-SL & LOOK KEO

The FLR F-3 is a performance-focused road cycling shoe designed for riders who want a solid combination of stiffness, comfort and secure fit. Its R250 fibreglass-reinforced nylon outsole provides a responsive pedalling platform without the harsh feel of a full carbon race shoe, making it well suited to regular training, fast group rides and racing.

The seamless microfibre upper follows the shape of the foot for a close, supportive fit, while mesh sections, perforations and a breathable tongue help with airflow. A single A-Top dial allows quick micro-adjustment, and the external heel cup helps keep the foot stable when you're pushing harder on the pedals.

With a stiffness index of 7, the F-3 sits in a useful middle ground between comfort and power transfer. The standard 3-hole road cleat mount works with Shimano SPD-SL and LOOK KEO systems, making it a versatile choice for road riders using the most common clipless pedal setups.
